Seoul · for international clients

Korean hospitals are excellent.
The hard part is choosing one.

We work across 16 Seoul university hospitals and 4 specialty checkup networks, match you to the one that fits your profile, and stay with you through the visit. The hospitals charge foreigners 1.5–2.7× the Korean walk-in rate on equivalent packages. We negotiate against that.

How we work

Three ways to work with us.

Same vetting, same zero-markup pricing. The difference is how much of the day we handle. Reservation only at the entry tier; bilingual coordinator beside you in the middle; private driver waiting outside while you're sedated at the top.

Tier 01

Essential

We book; you arrive.

Best for experienced travelers, recurring patients, single-procedure trips.

  • We pre-brief the doctor with your medical history translated into Korean — they have it before you walk in
  • Booking against the Korean-side rate, not the foreigner-page rate
  • Pre-arrival pack: clinic address in Korean for the taxi, fasting window, what to bring
  • WhatsApp support during the stay — same number, named human, 24-hour reply window

Tier 02

Companion

Reservation plus a coordinator beside you.

Best for first-time visitors, multi-procedure trips, anyone who wants a human present.

  • Bilingual coordinator translates in real time — including the questions you forget to ask
  • Between-station handoff in big hospitals (Samsung MC and Asan run 5–6 stations across two buildings)
  • Post-procedure check-ins on Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 — every clinic in our network publishes this cadence
  • Pharmacy pickup and a Korean–English medication briefing before you leave the building

Tier 03

Signature

Companion plus the trip wrapped around it.

Best for Premium-tier overnight checkups, executive-plus-aesthetic weeks, longer stays.

  • Private driver waits outside during the 6–8 hour MRI + endoscopy block — you don't queue for a taxi after sedation
  • Hotel chosen for proximity to your clinic (Samsung MC = 8 min to Park Hyatt; Asan = 12 min to Sofitel) and bed-rest suitability
  • Incheon private transfer; flight-day departure scheduled to avoid the 5pm Gangnam-to-ICN traffic window
  • Seoul concierge for non-clinic hours — restaurant reservations near the hotel, neighborhood navigation, anything you'd ask a friend who lives here

Final pricing depends on clinic, procedure, and timing. Our coordination fee is separate from medical, hotel, and transport costs — all itemized, zero markup. Request a quote on WhatsApp →

The trip we built this around

Screen on Day 1. Refine on Day 3. Recover, and fly home with a written plan.

Korea is the world's most efficient destination for a thorough executive checkup, and one of the most refined for aesthetic and skin care. Every other concierge picks one. We bundle both into a single Seoul week — one coordinator, one schedule, one itemized quote.

It's a small offer on purpose. We send three or four clients a week, not fifty. If you want a fast hospital tour or a discount aesthetic package, we'll send you a name — but it won't be ours.

01Day

Executive checkup

Full-day screen at Samsung, Severance, SNUH, or Asan. Imaging, labs, senior-physician readout. We pre-brief the hospital with your medical history in Korean so you don't repeat it three times.

03Day

Aesthetic program

One vetted boutique clinic — lifting, skin booster, injectables, or a surgical consult. Same coordinator, same neighborhood, same itemized quote — no second sales pitch.

06Day

Debrief and depart

Results in writing. Take-home protocol. A scheduled Day-30, Day-60, Day-90 photo check-in by WhatsApp — with us, in English, not a translator app.

Two pillars

The combination most clients are quietly looking for.

01

Health checkups

Same-visit screening at JCI-accredited tertiary hospitals — PET-CT, brain MRI, cardiac CT bundled in the Premium tier; senior-physician readout the same day. We route by your profile, not by which hospital pays for marketing.

  • Executive checkup1–2 days
  • Women's wellness panelone day
  • Men's wellness panelone day
  • Advanced cancer screening1–2 days

02

Aesthetic & skin

Across Seoul's specialist clinics — boutique dermatology to high-volume surgical centres. We screen out the factory clinics (about 40% of Gangnam aesthetic chains refuse our named-surgeon-in-writing test on the first ask), and we audit the foreigner quote against the Korean-language rate before we book.

  • Skin rejuvenation programs60–90 min
  • Anti-aging & lifting60–120 min
  • Injectables30–60 min
  • Surgical consultations45–60 min
  • Hair restorationfull day

Why a concierge, not a hospital directly

Hospitals are good. The hard part is the choosing.

A 35-year-old with no family history doesn't need the same hospital as a 55-year-old with a sister who had breast cancer at 48. Hospitals can only sell you their own door. We pick the right door — and tell you when the cheaper, faster one is right for you.

01

Routing across the three tiers

Korea's checkup market splits into three layers: 16 university hospitals (in-house specialist follow-up, the oncologist is in the next building), 4+ Specialty Networks like KMI and 메디체크 (half-day throughput, transparent pricing), and Premium Specialty centres like CHAUM (membership wellness, multi-day). We match your profile to the right layer. Most foreigners default to the most-recognised name; that's often the wrong tier and 2× the price.

02

Foreigner-price audit

Samsung MC's IHC page quotes ₩1,874,000 for the Primary (Male) checkup. The Korean walk-in page for the closest equivalent is ₩791,000 — 2.37× the foreigner price for substantially the same scan list. We pull the Korean-language rate from the hospital's own site before we book, and surface the gap. If the clinic can't explain it (volume, bundle, off-peak), they come off the list.

03

Honest about overdiagnosis

Most concierges push more screening. We don't. Annual low-dose chest CT and PET-CT for a healthy 28-year-old isn't preventive care — it's marginal lifetime radiation exposure plus a measurable false-positive rate that triggers unnecessary biopsies. For routine annual checkups in low-risk profiles, a Specialty Network half-day package is the honest answer. We tell you when less is right.
